We have never scammed any user ever. Yes maybe delayed payouts, but they get paid regardless.

My friend show me the dates before that, you were earning about 14-20$.
When you are set on a fixed price you have the benefit of not earning less on those dates, not every day you will bring the same without the fixed price.

As "4 dollars deducted" I assume this is just shaving. We do not touch that stuff.

Another thing, please remember that views don't equal the same revenue every time, there are many factors that go into it, like geos, devices, and conversions.
