You see your stats got cut in half and you were promised faster payments and yet payments still take forever, and you still agree to have your rates cut once again for "faster payments" which you know that this promise once again won't be delivered. You will be fine with earning 7 dollars when you deserve 40? Strange.

I agree with you he started to shave, i had same problem with me he's not giving 80 dollars for 10k views like its mention on his website he's giving around 30 - 31 dollars for 10k views and the problem he won't admit it, at least admit it and say that the rates are down now and stop shaving because people sooner or later will leave if you keep shavingAre we seriously continuing to discuss lowering rates again and cutting views again?

Times when earnings were good. Then rates were cut and we were promised payments would be faster. But not delivered.

Literally earnings with same views go down and down every month, and please don't mention revenue share, I was offered horrible low when my average is much higher and the only reason my earnings are now low is because earnings got cut million times quietly...
And for some reason because there's not many good choice right now I still keep streamhub as my alternative player but if we're gonna be talking about cutting rates once again (which already were cut million times) then at that point I will just remove all my videos immediately and replace links but good luck who would want to have their rates cut once again.
Don't forget that there are people who can say their views are amazing and they earn $100 daily but we can't verify that. We only know what happens to us. And we can see our stats are horrible, views get cut daily, earnings get cut daily, and there is another offer for earnings to get cut once again... That I find unacceptable. It's not just you, and it's not just me, there are lots of people talking about it. It's not a coincidence. Maybe there will be one person who will say their earnings are great to intentionally cover up our posts expressing opinions like it often happens, but we know there is a problem, and rates can't be cut again. Otherwise there will be response from legit uploaders.

That's right, streamhub in May was a beautiful time. best earnings and relatively fast payouts.
regarding the reduction of rates once again, I do not believe that it will change anything since nothing has changed so far.
I don't know exactly what's going on but two hosts, streamhub and wolfstrram, have record waiting times for payment this year.
I don't know what's causing it, if it's personal issues or a problem with ad networks or something else.
Waiting more than a month to get paid is insane.
I will add that lowering the rates will always hurt the smaller webmasters the most, not the big sharks who earn $ 50 a day.
despite everything, I believe that the admin will find a good compromise for all of us.

Well, this has been an eventful morning to wake up to.
I did not think asking such a simple question would make some people cry but let's see where to start.
How can you compare when we dropped rates from $120 per 10k views to $80, yes I said when I made that drop it would help speed up payouts, but it did not speed them up as much as I would like, and other factors play into it like ad networks, my life and other things. But realize the drop is not much and the amount is still high.
You say how will this help if we drop rates again if it didn't speed up payouts last time, this is a very stupid question IMO. $80 per 10k views currently, dropping the rates to what other hosts use would ensure more profit equaling more payouts to be made. 120-80 is not a big drop difference, still so much more than other hosts.
You wonder why Doodstream pays fast and you never compare their rates, but instead, you guys use Doodstream's default natural rates against me like it's forbidden to try those rates. Which I find funny.
As for views not counting as they should, this is something that I have not changed at all for many months. The main thing that controls views is the % to watch a video per view to count. Which is been set at 8% for some time now. You guys also mention "Shaving" which we actually rarely do as its time consuming, now and again yes we will but it's very rare not an aspect I like messing with too much.
I see somebody said that views for some are different than others, well this would be due to many factors. Maybe another host you tried counts VPN or other traffic, We ensure the traffic can receive is pure and legit, to prevent any scam situations or botted users. These other hosts you say show higher views, How many of their users ever mentioned botted users? It's likely majority of the hosts out there accept pretty much all traffic, which is not okay as it must be filtered. Hosts sometimes do not block these to hook users and not pay them.
Overall:
It's very simple though, there are two options, both of which do not affect me whatsoever.
You can choose more money and longer payouts like it is now.
Or you can earn less, but with 100% accurate rates and payouts within days to 1 week. It would be hard to have delays with rates like them.

No I do not agree!!! I already get paid once a week. True, this time there is a slight delay.
Why should I reduce the rate if nothing will change for me in terms of payments?
If only he would pay all the full amounts at once, and not divide 50-80 dollars. for a week. Then maybe it’s worth trying to reduce the price.
@StreamHub.to, bro as far as my personal opinion is concerned, as i have always written and i will write it again today, many thanks for your discussion with us and not hiding like some other host admins do. thanks for your time and contribution, despite various problems and often long exchanges between us users, I believe that deep down you want the best for everyone. I suspect that running a host is not an easy task to please everyone, but I see that you always try to do your best.
I see that the fixed rate is back to normal, which I am happy with again, for some people these few dollars more really mean a lot, for which I thank you again.
regarding payments, it would be nice if there was at least one specific optimal date, eg between the 12th and 20th of each month, then we would know when to expect payments.

Yes you are absolutely right At this moment the ppv is already too low and If this will become more less then it's worth nothing to uploaders.

After the text and calling some users crybabies, I don't find anything clear about what I'm asking.
Tier 3 rates are 5 usdx10000 or 4 usd, how much longer will it be like this?
Let's be a little serious and not write to users who don't even contribute and who only say nice things about a host, that didn't work with streamsb and we all know it.

Still can't understand how reducing rates makes payments arrive faster to us,if the issues with payments are delays from ad networks,you not having time to proceed them or personal problems they wont be solved by dropping the rates a little bit.
My problem is not with the rates rediucing but is that you are putting it as a solution for the second time while it really did not work out the first instead of trying a new solution
Like with few legit uploaders/users questioning things, I also question it and therefore I vote for earnings to stay at least where they are right now and not be cut again, and I'm willing to wait max one month for that but not longer which I think would be longest fair waiting time.

Also, the buffering problem has not been solved for six months, as well as the quantity and quality of advertising is simply terrible. I understand that for such a high tariff, you have to put a large amount of advertising, but the way it looks is crazy, it's simply impossible to watch the video.

Yes..my viewers too..they always complain about ads. So i have to reduce it to 50% ads now.
@StreamHub.to , Let me tell you something. You don't have to compare yourself with other video hosts. You have to pay well as long as you have a crap host. Other hosts that pay a little, move very well, with a quick start and no interruptions. Your files work a little better only with a premium account. Next month when you will reduce the rates again, what reason will you cite again? You started wrong and you're still moving wrong.
