I wonder how you can use this hoster if the conversion of the files takes days. After several days, the file is simply no longer listed under "Videos in Enconding list", but still can not be played. I have files from Jun 9, 2023 that still won't play because it hasn't been converted yet. I will test again in a few weeks until the problem is solved.

We are working on resolving this asap! we have a large amount of file encoding currently, which is slowing the servers down. Don't worry though, we will fix the encoding speeds.
