Small updates:
Poland has been moved from Tier-3 to Tier-2.
Germany has been moved from Tier-2 to Tier-1.
Tier-3 rate changed from $4 to $3.
Tier-2 rate has been increased from $5 to $5.50
Torrent Uploading is fixed.

I genuinely don't like posting too much about pending payments but I hoped maybe I would get an estimate date about payment release, can I hope for payment tonight or tomorrow as it's been pending for quite long time now (and even newer payments of other users have been released?

Tomorrow my friend. We are overwhelmed with the growth of SH as well as some of my other projects, but UH has not been focused on, we are working towards what is growing if you can understand that.
But we do apologize for the delay on the UH payment, but it will be made tomorrow for you, can promise that. Also, UH needs to have some changes to its rates brother, you keep telling me to increase them but we cannot afford to pay out what we do on UH as of now. This will speed up payouts too.

Yes, it will be resolved soon, we just need time to purchase new servers, which to do so, we have to profit more. We can already see our profits on our end are up this week already, so with more time using the current rates we can collect more profit and get more servers.
