On the other hand, is there a way to prevent a file from being encoded? Let me explain if I send the file in h264 and acc is re-encoded or stays in the format and size sent, thank you.

Just a quick update.
We have updated and increased our Tier 1 from $10 to $12. And Tier 2 from $6.50 to $7.00.
Tier 5 rates for Brazilian and Turkish traffic has been increased from $1.50 to $3.50.
We hope you guys enjoy these new rates.
And we will continue to increase them as we grow in the future.
Regarding the Slow Uploading speeds and buffering on videos. Both will be resolved soon, we are awaiting many servers to arrive.

When you refer another user using your link you will receive 25% extra income.
It was previously set to 15%, but we have increased it.
Regarding file encoding, this is essential as each file needs to encode to create different qualities, etc.
If we could prevent files needing to be encoded we would, as it takes a lot of our time, but it is part of the process.
