Sorry to post about it again, but even videos which were playing fine several hours ago suddenly started giving this error and collapsed, are they moving to different servers or something? When should we expect everything to stabilize? :(

Hi,
Yes, we are aware of the issues still occurring. We are working as fast as we can, for today we our working through payments, once we are complete we are moving to our upgrades and fixing issues.

Once again, we do apologize for this delay, it is only happening due to the user who scammed us thousands of dollars. Overpayning really put us behind. So don't think these issues will happening again once we fix them, as they wont :)

We have FINALLY fixed the issue with broken videos, anyone who was experiencing those issues with media errors, should all be resolved now.

some other hosts had issues with it.

I was a bit worried because I have a large collection of movies, it's often a niche and I don't always back up everything. But I'm really glad it's working again!

Glad to see some files have indeed come back, I wondered if process is done? Because some files from date 6-4 are still experiencing issues, I wonder if they were just missed or if work is going on, that's why I am asking.

Hi,
Correct, not all files will be resolved just yet, we have one other server we are fixing, which has the same issue an other server had which resolved other files.

We should have it resolved by tonight., and all files that do not work will work again, without doing anything.
