otherwise big videos will start to buffer

As about the speed, our speed is the best right now, even today on sunday we have seen 0 buffering all videos are playing just excellent

Well, it is normal for videos (movies) to have a size between 1 and 2 GB...

but the reduction of size .. quality is reduced

Yes, the file size will not change in File Mananager, you will notice the size only once you try to download the video.
