I have strange problem.
Today, my mouse is working crazy. It is turn off and turn on often.
I noticed also in few last days that my internet connection is working strange too. My download speed dropped.

I scanned my windows with avg free edition 2013 but nothing was found.

Have you tried a spyware and malware program and did you check for rootkits? You would be better going in safe mode and doing it all and cutting your net off whilst you do
 
What do you mean your house is working crazy? You mean the power is going on and off a lot?

If so you could be having connectivity issues with the central hub. Call your provider and ask them if they have had any reports of technical issues in your area.

Additionally, I would suggest scanning as dedideals recommended. Because you could be a walking talking zombie >.>

And on topic:
I guess you're cables are having a little problem or your having a loose connection. Try assembling all the parts once again and see.

Additionally, this could also be due to a virus. I suggest you to download Malware Bytes anti-malware, run a complete scan and remove any viruses that are found.

Download speed wouldn't drop due to a problem in OS largely, chances are pretty low. Might be due to a wrong configuration or a virus. Can be anything, can't tell you without actually seeing your PC live :P
Your ISP might have capped the speed aswell, contact em for help if needed.
 
Get ESET Nod Full for this and run a scan.

Does your comp shut down any slower than normal? Any fans kicking up into high gear when your not using it? Programs running slower or just strictly internet related?
 
I used another mouse, it is showing something like "drivers not found" (I am not using english in Windows). I installed Malware Bytes anti-malware and deleted malware files but still no progress.
