Well i too received that mail and also a mail from paypal for the transaction... FINALLY they paid me. Requested another. :P

BTW I guess, you must have given a wrong PP address there.

But storage.to doesn't supports ftp uploads and hotfile supports it, thats the sad part of storage.to

Storage has FTP for Premium users, and FTP uploading to Hotfile is about 50Kbit/sec..useless for free users

For Storage I Upload with 1,5-2 MB/sec. Pretty fast.
