I think it’s fair to say that the StopFileLockers Crusade is starting to smother itself. From a general standpoint, there has been a vast amount of false accusations circulating around “UltraMegaBit”. UMB for example is an American Based business that has it’s PayPal account Approved. This is a company in the United States of America that abides by DMCA law. This is something that SFL and others are failing to realize. They continue to try to justify their actions by any means necessary.
Industrial Espionage is a serious crime. We’ve seen this repeatedly with NukePiracy LLC and we’re seeing it here with StopFileLockers. What we are seeing is someone who is blatantly attacking a company without disregard. Just because a company has millions of users, doesn’t mean that the content that is uploaded is directly condoned. Provided that the operator removes the content, doesn’t recruit or directly infringe, they are complying by law.
