unless you are someone who can bring traffic slowly to your forum and dedicate your time to it i wouldn't recommend you doing your own forum xD

Steps are all the same, for creating any kind of forum. What you need to do first is to:
- Think of a domain name.
- Think of a slogan.
- Think about the whole forum concept, will it be a normal warez linking forum, or you'll have a porn section on it too. As most of the older people and some girls are avoiding forums with porn sections as it's not 'family safe'.
Rest of it, is pretty much about the real work. Such as, picking a forum software (phpBB,myBB,punBB,vBulletin,IPB,SMF,Phorum,Woltlab, etc..) , picking a host, buying a domain name, and setting everything up.
Important thing before buying a domain name is to have the whole site concept in your head. Such as slogan and meaning of its name.

Well, if you're creating a Warez Linking forum just because of the benefits(money), you really picked the wrong niche. First of all, it's really hard to build a real community which would have a lot of daily unique visits, as far as I know only benefit for me when running any forum is the respect and hangout.
You want money? Pick some other niche,go in some affiliate marketing programs, stuff like that.

Nice revenue,i cant specify you a number ,but if you do it well you can get 50$ only with ad spots
