I recently bought a hosting package for rapidleech from this host, 5 days ago to be specific. I only use rapidleech when I'm not at work, so I used it on the first day I bought it and have been at work until today. I went to use my rapidleech and found that it wouldn't load anymore. I contacted the owner who told me and I quote "The company disabled the server for illegal files... and I am broke..."

So, as anyone else would do I imagine, I asked for a refund of my money as I've barely even used the thing and had paid for it for a full month. Basically to cut a long story short, he is refusing to give me my refund of the money I paid to him for this service. I just wanted to make this topic so everyone is aware of what has happened and to recommend staying away from this host in the future as it's really not worth the hassle dealing with people like this if all they are going to do is take peoples money and run.

I will be opening a dispute on paypal regarding this and hopefully it can be resolved with paypal, but just wanted to warn everyone else to stay away from this host.

I never refused the refund... I gave you an option either I will pay you back or give you an account on the uk server till the 17th of dec... and I don't have any money to give you atm...

No, you told me you would give me my money back when you got the money, I shouldn't have to chase you around looking for money for something I only paid for 5 days ago, regardless of the circumstances. I expect a refund straight away for a service that hasn't been provided.

Given that it's mainly used for Hotfile, UK server wouldn't work for me.

Anyway, I didn't start this topic to have an argument with you, just wanted to make others aware to think twice about going with your "company".

Im a 100% satisfied customer from Filestoragehouse.

The first time I bought from them, there was a mistake in the billing wich I didnt realise until 30 days after when I recived the new bill. He charged me 5$ extra dollars. I sent him a pm, and he kindly asked me if I would like to recive the money via Paypal or into my filestorage account. The problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

Many webmasters I know, are using his service, and none of them have something bad to say about filestoragehouse.

If you dont need to upload to hotfile, try their UK RAPIDLEECH. Youll love it ! ( download speed from hotfile are good, but not upload )

Hope you resolve the problem fast !

Im telling him I've GONE broke. Like Dead Serious. You have no idea.. I have all the recent purchases from the server, so I am not selling no more because i can't afford the good server in UK.

I will refund his money. Just not now.

I have to agree,

my US service had abruptly ended and I asked to be moved to the UK server rather than a refund.

I was transferred to the UK server instantly, without any hesitation from FileStorageHouse as he obviously wants to make good; the unfortunate situation that he has found himself in and the obvious headache caused to all of us by the removal of the US service.

The UK server is great, I use it for downloading / uploading from rapidshare, hotfile and fileserve, and I find it more that satisfactory.

I find this is a more acceptable alternative, than to having a refund and then wasting time and having more hassle trying to find another host, I can simply carry on with minimal disruption.

All of you looking for a refund might also find this a good alternative.

Yes

These appear some of the unprofessional yet greedy hosters fucking the wj users.

My support tickets are NOT responded to since about 10 days. Domains are NOT working and they even not issuing any refunds.

However they are issuing invoice reminders !!!!!!
