Stay Away from TELVPS.com (Scammers / Fraud)

I know I recommended TelVPS alot to most of them people whom asked for BudgetVPS.

Stay away from them if you become resellers and make an announcement about changing over to your own node they'll start suspending all your vps servers if the invoice is overdue 1 day.

This was all done manually by hand for them to make room for pending orders the other owner whom name was Mark I never had any issue with except for this new dickhead name Vinod.

Yes I make the announcement in are sales thread I get an a Ticket Opened up in my account about us moving.

All my invoice were just generated yesterday in they've only been 1 day overdue.

Reason: Why was this ticket even called for just to stalk alot.

16 Hours later all my services were suspended

Reason: Not due to overdue invoices cause we're moving to are own node which = Easy way to get rid of competition.

After reading the AUP
Account Suspension and Termination
Invoices for due account balance will be generated 10 days in advance of the invoice due date. VPS accounts may be suspended on the 2nd day after payment is overdue, unless prior arrangement for payment has been made; servers will be automatically restored to service once payment is received. VPS accounts may be terminated if invoices remain unpaid after 4 days. Should TelVPS deem that a customer has abused our network and compromised our position with our network providers, a fee of $200 for network abuse will be charged.


Note Word: 2nd day

So shouldn't my services should've been suspended when the email showed Second overdue invoice.

You are right and you are not . You are right for the stated fact 2 days until suspend of the account , while actually you are suspended on the first day . You are not right to wait for the last moment and to have trust in unofficial statements . What do you expect ? Maybe a month free VPS hosting from them , because you were man enough to tell the truth . Everybody lies and currently TelVPS have confirmed that fact once more .

1. No hosting provider should be stalking there Reseller providers sales thread.

2. No hosting provider should be sending a Ticket into a reseller account about them moving to there own node.

3. it's states 2 day howevery there cronjobs are run at night so I just barely got the first overdue invoice yesterday.

4. I've been a customer of TelVPS since the start of ResoldVPS which was 1 year ago.

This wasn't an automatic suspension normally that happens at around 8 or 9 PM at night. This was a manually suspension done by the staff who opened up the ticket.

I didn't tell them anything about us moving he read the wjunction forums

Sorry to hear of your difficulties Robert.

Do they sell here and elsewhere directly?

Have you posted this on all the appropriate forums?

Did you loose any data from your accounts and are they holding the backup or data hostage?

I hope it works out. Keep us updated please.

Well in this i would also like to add there instability , i guess daily in a week they keep changing there nodes and IP , i was reselling them before but they runs over shit believe me i got many emails from them that they are maintaining , they are swifting , they are moving windows server and vice versa . Complete bulshit , i was like helpless as i have to keep updating my clients about it , so i decided to stop there reselling .

First of all sorry for the inconvenience caused. It was a mistake by WHMCS config and your VPS are online now. Of course there was a ticket asking about your decision on renewal, but the suspension was not intentional.You will compensation for the downtime.
There is a solution for everything. You didn't showed any patience and opened this thread here. You could have waited at least 24hrs before opening a thread like this.

@dotvps, are you trying to put petrol on fire ? Main site downtime does not affect VPS nodes.

@Bharat, Yes, agreed that there was 2 IP changes . One on USA Location and one on NL. This was done for the sake of all the clients under TelVPS. . Both time there was intimation through emails and also no data lose.

What proof you need. Unfortunately I am the person you called " Dickhead". I can understand your feeling, so I will not complain about that either. Saw your reply that you are filling charge back at CC. There is no need to do that. If you want you will get refund or compensation.

Question is are you the owner of TelVPS or just support staff there cause I noticed the address of the invoice has changed alot lately to randomly address.

I noticed Mark is no longer replying to tickets anymore.
