Stay away from swedehost - My experience

I've been opening tickets all month with no response.

Stay far far away from swedehost if you're looking for any kind of support as this is what I've been dealing with:

After opening up several tickets this week, I actually managed to get a response! (WOW!) Even though it wasn't in the least bit helpful or supportive, it's a start swedehost! Keep up the good work!

Service: 0/5 (My site gets DDOS'd and I cant even fucking get them to answer my tickets)
Overall: HORRIBLE WEBHOST
STAY AWAY!!

Dude, you gotta respect peoples time zones. If it's that important, why not try emailing them. If you give them the reasoning why and what your emailing them for, I'm pretty sure they would help you...
 
Lol no offense but out of several years ive been in the business ive never had a client with that many tickets. Kind of funny

yeah ive tried. their email is hooked to their ticket system. they dont answer that either.

regardless, support should be 24/7 or close to it. if im hosting with you, id like a response to my tickets within atleast 24 hours time. anything more is unacceptable. if they dont answer tickets they should hire more staff who can.
 
I can see what you mean by the 24/7 customer service. You shouldn't be harsh on them though. Just say they have horrible support not horrible hosting
EDIT: I read your last part about Ddosing your site. I take everything back.

that makes no sense. horrible support is horrible hosting. I'm not going to place my sites at risk because i cant get an answer when i need to.

did you read my post? I was trying to get in contact with them for over a week, with no response at all.

For me, good support is a response in 24 hours or less.
