Stay away from godaddy

One of my customers got there domain suspended from godaddy the other day, they want $75 to unsuspend it and they have 24 hours to move to a new registrar, yet in there AUP/TOS it doesn't state anything about an administrator fee.

Anyone ready for a class action lawsuit?

He was hosting a warez forum, which hosted no files at all.

goddady sucks balls for warez domain, they are too mainstream, heck they even have commercials all over TV of course they are going to try to enforce

and they are the reputated scamers for Warez

It's funny they tried to seize my domain back in 2001 and I got a lawyer to write them, and they were quick to release my domain without charging me a dime.

I have been with moniker ever since.

GoDaddy doesn't support warez activity/domains. Common sense. Your lawsuit will just fail once they realize the site was going to be used for illegal downloading.

I wasn't doing anything illegal except running a forum that had exploits/malware and such, they considered it legal, my legal team made them change up quick,y once they see you aren't a kid and you got lawyers they back off pretty quick.
