Starting a warez site?

I guys I am totally new to warez stuff. I have designed a website with asp.net and published at htp://www.vitagamer.net. It's basically targeted for the sony ps vita console users. I need some info about what I need to do here.

Here's my q's-
1. Get a host with asp.net and dmca-free. I mean, I need some offshore hosting for dmca right? Can anyone recommend me some warez web host with asp.net costing not less than $25/month?
2. When registering a domain for warez purpose should I give them the real name ( I mean do I really need to give them? any issues with the advertising with adbrite or something like that?)(there's no question about the address) if I use privacy package with registration.

3. I haven't started uploading yet. Which file host (like rapidshare, depositfiles) is best to upload stuff?

4. I want to put some ads on my site. What should I use? google's not gonna give it to me as it's warez. adbrite's any good?

Guys, I am really a noob. This is my first project. I googled and found a lot of warez host but none of them have asp.net without dedicated servers. So, a host name would be really great.

Hi. My first question would be... why do you really want to start a warez site?... there are thousands out there!. Are you doing it solely for money?... If you were doing it for a hobby, I would recommend that you make a blog-type site that specialises in sony ps vita consoles. Reasons:
1. You wouldnt have to worry about DMCA,
2. No need to worry about offshore hosting.
3. Would definately be cheaper than $25 a month to run.
4. You would have no worries about giving false details when registering a domain.
5. You can add legitimate ads and make honest revenue.
6. Would probably attract more members who are genuinely active on your site.
And a load more reasons that have more benefits than a warez site.
Off the top of my head, in the past year alone, warez sites have died down by about 40%. And we all know the reasoon behind this.
If you know your stuff about these consoles, stick to what you know..... have fun with it and you can actually earn a good revenue if you set it up correctly and then you wont need to start a warez site.

BTW... the answers to all your above questions, Im afraid I cant help you there as I dont know myself.

Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide to do.

it's a warez?

I wanted to provide the user a good experience on the website. So I designed a website. I dynamically collect stuff from imdb, new movie tv show episode releases, search on torrent, download and then upload to the site and it requires backend database which may be I won't be able to get with blogs. But what you said is quite true. I have blogger with 3000+ per day, but I don't really know how to earn from it.
 
To be honest, I agree with arko66, been there done that with Warez. There's not much point in it to be honest. You'll be a new site - with practically no viewers - Unless you offer something very unique. Everyone is set in their own ways and already have their regular websites bookmarked. In most cases, there's no point in changing to another website. If you know what I mean.

I had a quick look, it seems to be purely a news blog... And it's good news, not partially crap stuff. So that's good.
This isn't considered as "Warez". Unless the Forums have something that I didn't spot.

Personally, I would stay away from Warez, do what Arko66 said and go for something legal, and get some genuine advertising... Adsense for example.
Just my opinion :)

well, i guess my site's download for sql overuse. anyway, my website is targeted to ps vita users. I have a blog which has 1500+ per day (and a psp which has 2500+ per day, I don't really know if it's bad or average). I know I have something to offer to ps vita users. There's currently no site at all that much dedicated to ps vita downloads and all are forums. users of my site can search sort movies tv shows wallpapers hack tricks by genre year and get download links of ps vita compatible format (never a dead link, i use a reporting a reupload reupdate code with c#). I think users will like it. I already built the whole website.

Secondly, there's a lot of websites that provides download links, on this forum some people said using a offshore host, private registration of domain, total anonymity, then hosting a link sharing site wouldn't be a problem. Now is a good time to create a warez site because the scene isn't as saturated as it once was. If you get it now and stay in you will generate more and more traffic each day.
 
y did you choose aspx? did you used MySQL as DB or SQL Server 2XXX Edition?

-if SQL Server, then Microsoft will ask you for license and stuff
-you need Windows VPS, to deploy your project
-For Warez,
Once your site is popular DMCA is like water for plants
- for Domain you can register at NameCheap. No need to use your real info tough
- Uploading sites which use to pay huge almost disappeared
- Search on WJ, Addsence alternative you get tons of threads, choose any one for affiliate
- As you have used .net web application, i guess you need to write all modules yourself for enhancement

If I use SQL server of the host, then why should I need license?

no matter where you host, no matter where you register your domain, no matter whats your domain TLD
if some one reports your site, you will get DMCA.

yes! you need to get your Windows VPS to deploy all your stuff.
 
just to be clear

If I go for windows vps I need my own IIS SQL Server licenses?

I just talked to http://www.scopehosts.com. They said that if I'm on russian server I don't have to take down my content so dmca will not matter. But my bad luck that they won't have russian windows vps.
