Starting a blog, any ideas

Im thinking of starting a blog and a YouTube channel, I stuck on what to call it. I know there is a lot of tech blogs out there and they are all very popular but I would like to try and make my own tech blog but I have some problems:
Where do I get the latest tech news from before anyone else
What should I call my blog
What software should I use

I really want to start a YouTube channel with tutorials and tech info be have some problems here as well:
What should I call the channel
What should I make tutorials about

Please could you reply with some ideas for me

Dude lol All today you're making threads on what you're going to be opening:
