unmetered BW is a myth. 10 mbit gives u max 3 Tb a month, 100 mbit gives u 33 TB a month and 1gbit gives u 333tb a month
considering he doesn't allow RS or rapid leech he won't be over selling the bandwidth on the port, if its dedicated to that specific server and its 100 mbit port :)
