Yes, I bundle hosting in with it. I rent a couple of dedicated servers from one of the major hosts and let them manage my hardware and uptimes.
Very few people I have run across would ever go out and look for a web designer which is why its very important to sell them on the benefits
They really just don't know where to start and many of them can barely get to their e-mail. Most people are just extremely tech illiterate.
I manage everything for my customers. Not only do they get the web design and extras but I take care of it all. I put it up on the servers, I keep it updated and some clients I even manage their social media.
Its generally a huge relief that they don't have to deal with it. They know they need it but they sure as hell don't want to manage it.
That's what is worth the premium.

They are no such thing Unlimited. All things are limited.
Other Hosting Company's used Unlimited Bla Bla to attract clients.
Unlimited Hosting is not possible. Is there any Hard Drive with Unlimited Space ?
One thing I must say if you will start a Hosting Business, Do not offer Unlimited Hosting.
And Lastly Do not Oversell.
THIS.
The vast majority of so called "unlimited" hosting IS actually LIMITED. Look at their TOS and AUP and you'll generally find a section on overuse of the service where they can terminate your account or charge you a higher fee if you exceed the threshold.
Overselling is one of the most common mistakes that hosts make BUT it can still be done.
Overselling isn't necessarily bad until it starts impacting customers. Its true that the vast majority of your customers won't use the entire package allocation
but you need to have a plan in place if they do.
