Download and upload speed also depend on remote location from where you are downloading/uploading .
As you already know ,only 1 user(you) active at that time .
Speed is not the issue
Average Speed in this rdp is around 203Mbps per user .
Currently , as i said earlier ,NL is out of stock .
yet , it will let u soon when it available .Just pm your email id .

We have support portal as well as billing system .
