So, everyone will be refunded once we have money in our paypal. We are trying to get our money back from Ace as essentially this is his fault in 2 ways.

1) Never warned us about WeServIT terminating his services so when we moved their they figured out we bought out CrypticVPS and terminated us immediately.

2) He did not explain the extent of the damage to his company when he was selling.

I have a dispute open with PayPal if it is successful I`ll grant your refunds.

Should we really believe this? You made it clear to us that we weren't getting refunded, how do we know you won't just fuck off with the refund money, IF he gives you it.
 
Basically he knows ACE will not give him the money so when ACE refuses he can try to pass the blame. I wouldn't hold my breathe on a refund.
 
If you paid WebDen before November 28th 2010,

You we're not eligible for a Refund.

Between the 28th - 29th is when the owner change took process.
 
i'm not that interested in money. I would be more than happy if Aces rank would be degraded to something like scammer. There should be a rank like that.

For you Sysflis: i understand that you sucked with this trade, but you still a one man team, kiddo, who was not prepared for any kind of hosting business.

He was already told and knew about the downtime that I had about loosing all the clients VPS. He clearly didn't ask any questions.

^^^^ This just backs me up from above in which he read all the threads I made including where we lost all the data..
