Why do you advertise "Our team is here 24/7/365" on your site when you can barely reply once in 72 hours? 24x7 customer support means customers should get a reply within an hour or two of posting but that ain't the case is it? When I was your customer, I opened a ticket, waited for 4 days and still didn't get any reply.

I have been asking for my refund on the failed shared hosting but at present got nothing.

Unfortunately no refunds from paypal will be given within the next few weeks at least. We can though refund anyone through alertpay. Contact our ticket system. No need to keep posting here.
