Please allow 2-3 business days for processing payment exceptions once your refund request has been submitted. You will then be notified when your request has been processed in the ticket where the refund was requested.

yeah i got it but for some reason it has the slowest connection i have ever seen... even with apt-get update it freezes and will not load some stuff takes forever... it says its getting files at 60kb or less per file thats ridiculous.....

I am glad to be with you since last 6 months almost but now support is not like before i have to wait for days to get a reply on support even i submitted a support ticket last day which is not even answered yet maybe you are busy with work or what ever but at least you should reply so i can know what exactly is going on.
