This is how things go, you must evaluate over long periods of time like a month for total sales, doing it day by day will give you highs and lows unless you are getting 30+ per day everyday.
I can say that premium uptake looks average today site wide not low not high. thanks.

There is no new news from paypal except to say they confirmed that the site is limited because of increase in revenue and some frauds that were tried on our account.
We have very stringent TOS and uphold this vigorously so dmca is not our problem.
Also some person as you know has accused our service of having disgusting materials uploaded on it such as child exploitation. Of course our TOS is 100% against this and we will 100% report anyone found uploading this to the authorities and also too hand all of their details over too. I know the good people here would never think of uploading such material but i post this here for any lurkers to read. WE WILL REPORT YOU AND HAND OVER ALL OF YOUR DETAILS TO PLACES THAT DEAL WITH THIS STUFF IF YOU DARE TO UPLOAD SUCH DISGUSTING CHILD MATERIAL.

Definetly all filehosts should sue him!
He will have a reason tp go to paypal only if he reported that file and was not deleted!
All hosts that was reported by him should sue that retard!

Yes, indeed we have be advised that him refusing to give us such links makes him an enabler for these monsters who like to watch this kind of thing. He is actually stopping us removing any such files if they exist since he will not tell us which files he is talking about. It will be impossible to scan millions of files and find this data without notification. Upon notification the account will be close and details sent to the agency that deals with such matters as per our TOS.

All links are being reported to the authorities, it's up to you to put in place measures to prevent this. If you don't or you do and they don't work then the only people to handle this issue are the relevant policing agencies.

The quickest way to have these links removed and accounts blocked with full uploader details given over to the authorities is to report them directly to us.
If your true interest is only upholding dmca and catching those that upload Child abusive materials you should be reporting them to us directly. By not doing this you are enabling other individuals to continue watching this child abusive material, the agency will take time to contact us and ask removal or send request to our host to do it. You are obligated to do this at once upon discovery.
Legally you are enabling this to continue. There are no such measure possible to prevent this only catching and punishing. Hence why news groups, emails and all possible ways to store and send data are victims of this kind of thing.
We are in the act of actually making our entire dmca/abuse mechanism transparent and therefore the reporter will see the entire mechanism (once on the trusted list which will be updated hourly) of suspending within hours the abusive material be it on the basis of proven copyright infringement or any other form digression from our TOS obviously including the most serious of them all child abuse.
Legally you are obligated to report these links to us at once. You will be able to store these links and report them anyway to any organisations you see fit after that part because the link will lead to a take down message that will state reported for abuse. Not reporting them means your responsible for enabling more access to these files for longer periods of time to more people.
I'm sure if you ask the agencies they will advise you to report to us directly, and then post follow ups with them. We can then supply them with the offending persons information that we have to hand.
