Splitting large files on hosting sites?

I upload a lots of Blu-ray movies which are 3-4 GB in size but don't get much downloads for them as the hosting sites don't allow free users to download more than 2gb or 1gb files.
Actually i upload directly from torrents to hosts,so i don't actually have those files on my hard disks otherwise i would have splitted them using hjsplit & then uploaded.
What should i do?? Please help.

RAR them? split each file into w.e size pieces you want.
for example if you split a 1GB file into 100MB pieces then you would have around 10 pieces for that file.

I can't split using winrar.I don't have the actual file as i said.I upload directly from torrent to hosting sites.
