Dude, it seems like your designer used the combination of Windows 95 and adobe photoshop le 2.5 to make this theme.

to be true i didnt liked the theme at all
its not so attractive
and dunno but it looks like broken
not a continous theme
just like its used to fit everything nothing else
the top latest post bar
its tooo huge
and that crappy thing have its own scroll too just make it limited no need of scroll
background might be fine but still theme sucks
edit: domain isnt that good too
