What do you mean you can't create tables?
It might be the script you are using.

Guys I even tried to contact the support , they restored the site but now I am unable to change the permissions of some folders and even I am unable to delete some files and folders from the server. It says I don't have enough permission to carry out the operation. :(

sites offline since yesterday afternoon , the only thing hi did was reboot server .....
