Yesterday the send mail :

Hello, I would like to announce we will performing a server maintenance tonight at 11PM Pacific Standard Time. We picked this time since this is the time in which is the least traffic. The server maintenance will include upgrading to Centos 6.2 and installing new software. All of your accounts are backed-up so you do not have worry about loss of data. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to send in a support ticket.

Today update at mail :

We are almost done with the server maintenance, we expect it to last 5 hours more.
 
So 10 hours past when they said they would hopefully be done, and nothing. I'm curious to know if they even have backups anymore. They took the servers down before I could make mine and if I've lost data, I'm going to be rightfully angry. Also, I love opening a support ticket and not getting a response.
 
How much time you take site back online its very Disappoint me :(

Sorry for the long wait and not reply. I was very focus on why MySQL was not trying to work properly on the new server and old to transfer the accounts.
Right now all the accounts are being transferred. So all your data is safe and back up.
Again I am very sorry. I never knew this would have happen.
 
I decided to let the websites that had 50mb or lower be transferred first. Then I will be transferring the rest.
Maybe 1hour more total for all the websites to be up and running. And again very sorry. I never knew MySQL would be such a problem now.
