long story but i know .eu domain some forums dont like it ive came across that problem quite thew times i can tell you

one reason is we face problem in .com etc bcoz USA copyright cause lot of problems..even you see kim dotcom's new domain is co.nz

This host sucks. While many people say they cannot upload shit and the support just tell us to try again.
I try different computers and different browsers. And the web upload just don't work. It always stop at "Initializing upload..."

Please test it yourself and go over your script.
May be those ppls who can upload files are all using remote upload.
