*A few fact why we label it Extreme Edition
  1. On Extreme Edition we only put 5 vps on the node. 5 vps here is restrictively 5 not 6 or more.
  2. On Extreme Edition you are allowed to use for Rapidleech/Torrent
  3. On Extreme Edition we carefully divide the node into 5 part (HDD, RAM) so you get the max out of it at a fraction of the cost.
  4. On Extreme Edition we usually out of stock for this spec within a 2-3 days

I already used the services of Sparkgate and not have anything bad to talk about them, on the contrary they have a support fast and gave me full attention, I recommend.
 
Well,

You guys at the very start when you set up my vps, you couldn't even place the correct ip's in WHM...

My server was down, I asked for a restart because I couldnt get to the pc, and you guys said "oh you can restart it here" Well no shit but I asked you to do it.. Then, when I go restart, it wont even come online...

You tell me its the CSF fault, but how can it be CSF when the server isnt even online?

Then after I was pissed, I reply with some vulgar words, you do the same, then next ticket you say this is unnaceptable and you will terminate me for it? So you can do it and I cant?

Then half of your tickets don't make sense looks like it is written by a 6 year old..

I felt like I was getting hosted by teenagers.

Only thing that I was satisfied with is that you kept your 7 day return policy and I got refunded
 
If you are saying the server is off-line then think again. How you can access HyperVM to reboot if the server down? Logic?

Again your installed CSF has block all the port because there is an error of which you never take care of it. I clearly stated I can install it for you but I will not configure it. If you don't know how to config CSF why you want to use at very 1st. Installing it doesnt mean you are already protected etc. We have network level in this case Hardware DDoS protection installed.

I'm certainly a human am I? I do have anger too. But I do apologize, did you? An what could be the rest of the ticket? If I'm not mistaken it is all about on how you could get a refund am I right? And I do reply every single ticket you have and I even give you time to do your backup. Again read our ToS, it's included inside the order form to have you agreed to our term before you pay. This is not only for display, this is how things work. You tick agree and you choose not to obey. Who's fault is that?

Well I guess it is a good choice to have you leave. You don't even know how to handle vps and yet you blaming us for it? Did you ever know what a semi-managed mean? Did we have an agreement to do a full management for you? I do install what you request me to install. On certain provider then don't even care your request.

I'll let the other judge for it.

Thank you for pointing out our return/money back policy out loud. If you don't like it we refund it. If we don't like you for breaching our terms we do also refund you.

Regarding English. I don't have degree in teaching English neither my minor have something to with it. If you don't understand. ASK!! That is how the world go round.
 
Well if I restart the server and boot and shutdown and wait for over an hour thru hyper vm, OBVIOUSLY its not up.. I dont know what else I am supposed to do myself if the server isn't even booting..

I dont know how to handle it and Im blaming you? You SAID you will configure it, and you couldn't even configure it with the right ip's.. I went and had to fix half of the shit myself cas you can't even put the right IP in.

I understand you have anger too but then why be a hypocrat of it? You guys need to work on actually reading your response before you submit it because I got half ass answers and some weren't even understandable.

The IP you trying to fix which you are saying you need to fix half of the shit is just a simple config in tweak setting "one single box to enter your new IP" to change your main shared IP. That all. I installed it based on our 45 day trial template and this is the very reason why the old IP is there. Our client have use this template for, I don't know how many time as there is no way to count it. I got no complain at all. Why? Because they ask. They don't just start a war with ZERO knowledge.

Which part of the word "ASK" that you didn't understand. I shall explain in details.
 
Its funny because after I said "are you SURE everything is "configured" well?" you replied, yes... I go and see half of the ip's still as the old one..

Well I guess you get what you payed for.

Sorry DJ but I will take sparkgate side.
Maybe you must have had a bad expirience with them but I have quite a good expirience.

I have done quite many transactions with them with over almost 6-8 vps, they give fast support and instant setup too.

I wanted to buy a i7 too from them, but like my DC, they were outta stock too :( And so they even asked me to wait a few days otherwise I will end getting my money invested for days.

BTW Chris, I use CPanel so havnt made a ticket for this, but you need to fix this little thing in all vps.

Whenever you try to access kloxo in hyperVM is asks again and again to change password saying current is easy.... but no matter how hard password to use, it keeps asking again and again
 
Yes, that why we provide cheap prices because we do not managed everything for you. And yes you got what you paid for or even more.

You cant install CSF on a VPS and then start it, You must create a file that CSF doesnt have with the install to run on a VPS i for got what the directions are.

Have you try the generate password provided? Does it give the same error after that? If this also doesn't solve the problem open a ticket so that I know which vps having the problem. If some/all of you vps have the same error then just give me your vm username in ticket. You can simply email us at support@sparkgate.net and it will be open as ticket under your account if you use the email your provide during registration.
 
As I said I dont use kloxo and only CPanel so I am acting lazy to make a ticket but let me tell u in brief.

All VPS have same thing. Even if you generate a random password it keeps same error.
I think you should check password security options
 
If you are not using Kloxo then when you click on click on Kloxo/LxAdmin taab > Home it will show error page as the link you trying to reach which is vpsip:7778 is not available. If you could send me the screen shot via email of which part you mentioning above it would help me to understand where I should start looking for.

while for download folder you can access is via http://vpsip/download/

"apps" folder is secured using password access and if you dont know how to change this we can provide you a command line of which need to be executed via SSH.

This template running on lighttpd web server and on idle it only use 26MB RAM. Anybody insterested to test this please email us at support@sparkgate.net. Limited for 2 tester only. I will give you access to /apps/ for a limited time only.
