Damn. I dunno how you put up with that to be honest. If I had a partner telling me to effectively change my life to suit her, then I'd probably give her the flick. In the end it's probably all because when her friends ask what her boyfriend does she doesn't want to say "he builds websites" no, she'd rather be able to say something like "he's a builder" or "he is a fitness instructor" 8).

Don't take offense though Profit, I've got no idea on your situation in full, probably shouldn't even be commenting. But I had an ex partner who was a complete pain in the ass. They don't understand that it's time consuming.
 
Sad to hear this mate. :/ Your girl has a point, though. If your sites aren't earning you much you should rather get a real job first and maintain the sites as a hobby. ;)

Hopefully soon I can get her to realize that the internet is like REAL LIFE. You either get big or you fall short..
