I purchased the vps from sonicvm.com.

after almost a week my vps is down all data lost.

when i emailed them they said we will refund or you can get a new server. I agreed with new vps as needed it urgently.

After that there has been no reply from them.

There contact information does not work as emails are bouncing

i send them email again and they are quick this time.

I just recieved a email from them and they are getting the vps up from me. let's see they do it quickly

Issue has been corrected, Provided you with a Free Month's service for the issues caused on our behalf.
 
Got the new vps but lost all my hard work and data.

in compensation i got 1 month free. Hoping this will not happen again.

No Problem.

Our old provider had some power issues, That currupted a raid array on one of our nodes. So we migrated a couple of nodes over to a new network yesterday. I assure you that this won't happen again, We have also intergrated Automated Backups for Linux VPS now.
