Hey... I would like a leaflet/flyer designing please. It can be pretty much the same as the one in the link below... However once completed, it will need to be a PSD so i can edit it to my specifications.

I will pay $10 for this.

If you really want to get that flyer printed you had better request a proper PDF/X. Printing from a Photoshop-PDF will suck monkey nuts. Of course, that is what you will usually get for 10$. :P

Honestly, if that were my business I'd spend a few $ more and get it done right. As they say, there is nothing like the first impression. Saving a few bucks is not worth it if you lose even one potential customer because of it, trust me.

I can make unique and professional flyer for you in Print-ready CMYK mode. but the price is little low, I guess.

There's more to a PDF/X than CMYK mode though.

You can use illustrator to make vector images which can be resized to fit any print scale.
But like ^ said, you have to go up on your price.
