last week i submitted my site to katz but they blacklisted my site.....

the reason is i have made all links hidden in my site......Because to get registered members to my site...

I have seen some site not allowing the guest to see even boards content were listed in katz..

My question is can i have one board in my site with all links being displayed and every thing visible to guest....

Will this Be ok.. to avoid blacklisted in katz

If you're talking about a subforum for Guests, yes that's allowed.
Although guests must be able to view the whole post without any interference.

This would have also gone better over at Katz Forums. (as wJunction is a general site)
 
You should make a category called guest section and make it visible to guests and all other categories for members only and submit from guest section to katz.
 
you need to take this matter up with them over a katz
like UltimA said its a matter for them

however i should think if you lick there ass a little and sort your forum out they will remove you from the blacklist:D

email katz staff and wait for a reply
