They are called hard subs for a reason. If they were removable, they would no longer be hard subs. You can crop out the part where subs appear while re-encoding the movie. You can also blur out the subbed portion. Obviously both options will ruin the video and make it not worth watching.
Use VirtualDub with a filter called "Logo Remover" then select the area where there is a subtitle and it should remove it.
although it's not a good idea coz the area will be blury.
