Social Imaging - Uploaders wanted!

There can never be to much fun: I have spent some time to create my own site filled with funny pictures and videos from the World Wide Web. The problem is that I havent 24/7h time to update the site and its content, therefore I look for uploaders and helpful people, who will of course be paid.
At the moment I am looking for 4-5 uploaders who want to help me to increase the site's content. I would pay weekly ($50) and extra earnings if many visitors like the pictures and videos ($100/1000 likes). If you are interested in it, please send me a pm. I will publish this site here shortly after I have found some uploaders.
