So yeah I got disabled by Fileserve

omg, I saw the first post and it was January :/. I thought kinda new..Well, guys you cannot do anything even you cry a blood. Just use many host and not to rely on one.
 
My account too been disabled since a week ago.
Username : machineoperator
No reason given and no reply from fileserve since my last email to them. Never shared my account and it should last till July 2012.

Ricky please look into my account and reactivate me. In fact most of the time I don't even download much from fileserve. Perhaps my account has been hacked? Please verify for me Ricky

I'm having the same issue and hoping that Ricky could help me reactivate my account.
 
I am new here and have just been advised by Fileserve that my account has been disabled due to violations. I do not have any idea why. I only have a few files stored there, and primarily only use the site for premium downloading.
I do not share my account!
I have sent an email to them requesting information about what I have allegedly done wrong, but as yet have not received any reply.
I found this site on google and have seen other people having the same problem. I don't know if you are able to help, my user name with Fileserve is amf00769
