Not a big fan of this. You should be looking to do this in CSS instead of Photoshop. For starters you can use gradients and radius in CSS for the blue background instead of adding images to your theme which will slow up your site.
Check out http://css3please.com/ as a starter for some usefull CSS code.


Webmasters really need to get away from being over reliant on these old image techniques when they are modern faster alternatives available.
