I am here to acquire sites with good traffic.
If majority of traffic is from DDLs then you will get less and if from search engines then you will get more.
Majority of traffic(60%-80% at least) should be from USA, UK, Canada, Germany. If traffic from these countries are low then you will get less money.
Once you sold it to me, you will not sell resell anything of it like database, templates etc.
Keep coming with your offers and do not worry about budget. I have been in scene from years so if i feel your site is worth, then i can go in 4 figures.
Do not PM me and just post your offer publically in this thread.
