Ask your host to run a scan on your files, if they don't already scan once every 24 hours. If it happens again request to be put on another server if there blatantly bad at securing a server.
Are you using any premium plugin for free i.e. nulled version? Some coders insert their shells and codes into the plugins to hack your hosting. Disable most of your plugins and also update your wordpress to the latest version. Ask your hosting provider (GoDaddy) to scan your hosting thoroughly for viruses. Hope it helps!
