Hello,
which kloxo verison did you install? Did you know that you have kloxo-mr and that works much better then kloxo?
Do you have cache plugin for WP?
Did you optimize apache and mysql ?

You must provide more details, so maybe I will be able to help you out.

Disable all plugins and see if it still takes time to load.

If it doesn't then enable the plugins one by one and check the site everytime you enable any plugin. This way you can come to know if any of the plugin is causing the problem.

Still it loads slow then contact your host or move to a new VPS.

It could be caused by your installed plugins. The easiest way is try to debug it from your browser.
ctrl+shift+J for Chrome, then see what scripts that caused the errors or long time to load.

Which caching plugin are you using? There are a lot of caching plugins which cause issues. Also, do you regularly optimize your DB?

If you are using wordpress then I'll suggest to go for plugin profiling with "P3 plugin profiler" which will show you which plugin is the culprit. The performance is given in the form of easy to understand chart.
