Hello folks:
This is John Fambrini. I'm an ex-CIO now retired in Thailand and managing websites for two auto exporters. One of my clients sites have been bit particularly badly. Their site http://thailand-dealer.com was a joomla CMS version of their static site: www.jim4x4.com. The site was doing well and increasing in SERPs until it reached first page on most of its relevant queries as Toyota Hilux Vigo. Thailand vigo dealer, vigo exporter, toyota fortuner, pickup truck dealer and so on. Then suddenly a month or so ago all hell broke loose and the site was suddenly gone. It was not even in first 200 searches on many and not even in top 100 in most. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Regards
Jim

My best shot is that you have too many outbound links per post. Other than that, too many keywords per post. And, keyword stuffing at the bottom of the post...noticeable...

Posts are unreadable, with not really valuable content to reader. Too much different informations per post. You should split up content in more meaningful way, so it gets easily readable.

Have any of your good backlinks disappeared recently?
Link exchange, rented space or anything like that?
Thanks for getting back to me. I added the site to around 200 directories two week before all my sites took a dip. These directories though also have one of my competitors who is still riding high. There used to be a lot of key stuffing but I have removed that from the front page and am now going back and removing them from other pages as well.

As you mention one is a copy of the other site, it could also have something to do with duplicate content.
Thanks for the reply. If you will take a look at www.jim4x4.com and compare it with http://thailand-dealer.com the content is as different as is possible for one company with the same mission. jim4x4 has also suffered recently. There is some duplication in internal pages but that is across our industry as specs for vehicles for example Toyota Hilux Vigo come from Toyota and will be the same on my site and my competitors site. Only introduction will be different.

It used to be very keyword heavy but I have recently removed some of the keyword heavy text. I'll take a look. Most of our competitors are the same way and they have not been affected. Their English is also very poor. On which post is the keyword stuffing noticeable?
