Hi.

- You need a favicon.
- I think you should change the color in "RapidNow" [slide]http://screensnapr.com/u/n30tyx.png[/slide] IMHO the blue part doesnt fit so good.
- You have absolutely no content, so you need content
- You need to add description for all sections (I see that you've only got descriptions added for some, either remove those or add for all)
- [slide]http://screensnapr.com/u/qzz6l9.png[/slide] " Find Here Latest App " is very bad english. Proper english is important.
Don't use big letter in every word. (Only the first word in a sentence)
- Fix this [slide]http://screensnapr.com/u/r7j5hq.png[/slide]
- You need to make some user legends (global moderator, moderator, uploader, member etc)
- Remove these icons [slide]http://screensnapr.com/u/pbfs2j.png[/slide]. Make some custom icons.
- Make a "Welcome" thread and set up some rules for your forums in the announcement section.
- Now hire some uploaders.

Anyway, your site looks terrible, looks like you change it to the default theme. Absolutely no favicon, no header, no logo, no contents. Work on it then ask for reviews. =.=
