What's so funny. That's the BIN price. So he's set the bin high as he doesn't want it to reach the bin and wants the auction to go the full distance. It doesn't have to sell for $20k it can go for $1,000 and if he's making $140 he can easily reach $1,000.Just because warez isn't worth much doesn't meant other sites don't have potential. While it's over priced ye're the guys over reacting. The first serious bid was $125 before like this place the trolls arrived.

Clearly he doesn't want anybody to just BIN it.

And i can understand it.. I once sold a site i thought was worth around $1k, so i set the BIN at $2k and somebody bought it.. Can you imagine how angry i was when somebody PM'd me after a few days and made me an offer of $5k?
