I need someone to design a website for my client

site should be based on a contracting and trading company !!

That's only for the psd, right?

I'm afraid no one will code and design a website for 20 bucks. Specially if you're looking for something professional.

You get what you pay, man.
 
i would have to agree with teh others here,if you add a 0 to tht number tht would be more realistic for a complete custom coded template
