Well, as I'm tweaking my new server for starting my hosting company "Plutost.com" I was stuck in a decision to install Site Builders for the clients.
So I googled and found out these. I thought if I list them, it'd be better for others too.

Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder (Never tried it)
