i love this host, owner is super trustful and counts good
only thing is , i think tier 2 deserve at lest 3$ ..
tier 3 countries can be 1$ i think
maybe some others can be angry with this but i am pretty sure tier 2 deserves 3$
if you can do it , i think many people bring you more traffic
as you know tier 1 countries are hard to reach (and few , usa-uk only)
