You guys are missing the point. More moderators aren't needed. Neither It's the problem in the current Administration. Problem is in the members, especially the sellers because they ask other members, their friends to post in their thread something like: "Great site, good luck", "I'd buy if I had money.". There isn't so much trolling except when some members are acting like Moderators by writing in the thread: "Post some proof", and that kind of reply isn't needed. There is a report function.

Foreign countries don't have freedoms and they are the majority of the immature kids here.
well when the hoster receive good comments of people than hast buy the service or from the other hosters partners its all happiness .... anyway but i agree with those who complainty if the server wasnt what he/she expected just report people who you thinks its loitering
Welcome to WJunction. Immature members, drama, flaming, scam topics, etc are what give this place it's soul. It's impossible to stop people from acting in a bad way, you can't change people's behaviour.
We could add 6 more moderators, hand out bans easily and run this place with fear and nothing would change.
Which is why I am asking to think out of the box. I think really think the 30 second wait between reports is less effective then waiting 5 seconds.
You can't change, but you can prevent is what I believe. I also believe it must be shown what is tolerated or not tolerated.
This is the "Wjunction Members Forum", the staff can control others from acting ill. Hard, but not impossible. They are doing a splendid job, but this is something I just had to give feedback on.

first -are you a webmaster?
second -why you joined WJunction?
third -WJunction is a forum for learing more about administrating ,to become a real webmaster.
no one is born as webmaster. :D
1. kicker-hp27 - definitely from a friend country, yes no one is set to be a webmaster from birth technically, but don't put words in my mouth. Your implying I said people are born webmasters. From young age I am sure by 7 years old your right and wrong is formed. You know what is right a wrong. It is all common sense, if you don't got common sense you shouldn't be here.
2. Djlatino - I know alot of members who replied are attacking the foreigners saying it is most of them. It is stereotypical, but sadly valid for the most part. Please back it up and stop acting mature. When you said "insert inappropriate words", it showed me your lack of words. Which brings me to the valid conclusion, highly supported by your actions, you are not fully functional. You make all foreigners look bad with how you act. How do i deal with it? Be ignorant like you are suggesting? I can't do that in a right mind, you go ahead. I gave a suggestion and didn't ask for sarcastic,... no stupid comments. I am being serious, if you can't have a serious discussion, you shouldn't even be on WJ or the internet at all. For example, stealing on the internet is still a crime. Being an idiot online is still being a idiot. Just like what they say in school or college if you made it there, if you wouldn't do it at home or in front of the whole world, don't do it. By whole world I don't mean it literally. There is a time and place for everything. At a funeral I am sure someone educated wouldn't act like a idiot there and be like of the person who died "negative feed back here".
3. I truly believe WJ shouldn't be a place for peterpan fans. Buyers and Sellers should act professional. The Buyers deserve to get what is promised. Goes the same for Sellers in a sense other sellers deserve a chance to succeed, but it can't be done without getting rid out sarcastic comments.
4. I don't want to start any flaming. Let's just pick if yes or no to my suggestion and why. We all can be logical human beings. If we just keep teasing each other it won't get us anywhere. If you can't back up yourself, then don't post. I don't feel like I should be having to ask what do you mean by that? It is invalid if it can not be backed, period.
Oh yeah, I'm a webmaster, freelancer, I am many, gentleman, American, still undecided. However, for me being a host is my passion. That is what brings us together, and I believe the time together at WJ could be made much better with a few changes. I don't know the changes, but I know it is at the tip of someones tongue, and I can't wait to hear the out of the box idea.
