After becoming friends with Shubhank008 on MSN for a couple of months, he told me that he wanted to buy a server for RDP purposes.

As he was short of money, I offered him on March 17 to become a partner in his venture for one third being US$60. I would receive a third of all profits and access to the administrator area.

After selling a good number of accounts, he told me that I would receive US$30 as in profits on the server due date being April 18.

As I wanted to get out of the venture as per April 18 I requested him several times to return my investment US$60 and the profit of US$30.

After receiving no reply, I made a Paypal dispute. Immediately he came on MSN and promised me to pay $100 on Monday April 26 as he was for family matters outside his home town. He tricked me into closing the dispute (I now learned that if you close a dispute you can't reopen it again!).

Well, you guys, probably understand that today (April 27) he didn't live up to his promise. Furthermore, he locked my access to the server. I sent him a PM that he can refund me the US$65 (60 + 5 fees) and I don't care about the profit.

This is the second scam report about Shubhank008 ... only 16 and already a cheater.

I feel very bad about all this , First he gained all people trust then broken in a second and made him self a BIG Scammer.I hope now , no one will do trust on him anymore
 
I do not believe that you cannot refund if your account is limited. It's quite easy to click on the link 'Issue a Refund'.

And if he has problems with his account, I invite him to come on TeamViewer and see him actually trying to refund.
 
The "PayPal problem" is just an excuse so he can get away with his shit. You shouldn't have dealt with someone who has a bad background, esp. the country he comes from. I guess that's why he sold his so-called "company". He wanted to flee before you opened your mouth.
 
Wait for him to show up? He had helped me to fix wX and InFlames gave him the cPanel pass. So for me he is trusted <3 Just wait for his reply.

Well you have a point, he should just show u (through teamviewer) if he is really facing problem in issuing refund. I give +1 on this idea. It will prove if he is scammer or not.
 
i saw on the other thread that his pp acc got deleted !!

give us a screenshot of the email sent by paypal about the deletion of your account
 
All are just excuses....
Not a single proof is given by him to show his genuine behaviour. No screenshots , No teamviewer , even he don't wanna talk to Sniff.. after such mess...and promised him to return his money for just taking up his Dispute back.
This behavior clearly shows his scamming nature.

To explain, he sold the Linux section (which he ran with Kubsham). The Windows division (in which I was a partner) was not sold.

i really dont know about what shubhank has done and what he is doing. I have no idea about him. I just know that he was leaving everything.

As far as windows and linux sections are concerned, Windows section is held by me. I had bought from him.
During purchase i was not told anything about your partnership with him and all.

I had paid him for his servers so please dont include me in this. I have nothing to do with him.
