guys please show your editor set up for coding (i am using rapid php), so we can understood or inherit the easy setup, may be it a simple thing, but it will give more idea to newbie like me 
My set up:
* i moved to rapid php from normal notepad/wordpad, due to easy preview and all
* i place the firefox window like shown in screenshot, if i need to preview in firefox means, just one click F2, will display the output ==>> check in below screenshot, it's showing simple output
* In right side, please select htdocs as root folder, so we can access all files in one click

i am sure, these things will help newbies like me, who just started the php or other codings..
